Nothing beats a healthy smoothie, and it's easy to make as well. I'm fortunate enough to have an abundance of spinach growing in my vegetable garden.
- 3 or 4 ripe bananas
- a handful or two of baby spinach
- 1 litre low fat milk
- Spoon of honey
Place app for bbws the above in a blender and enjoy the mixture of colours as your smoothie comes to life.
